Internal pg quota is available in only top 5 aiims so which should be better igmc Shimla or any gmc at Delhi ?
Delhi colleges are better than most of state college....but some colleges from Delhi have high fees so please confirm that beforehand

Hostels are compulsory for mbbs students
There are plenty of cafe's inside and outside campus
At 660 score it's hard to get AIIMS Bilaspur ig this year so you should prioritise state medical College
