The problem is when I use Google patents and put in a key word it will show for example 20,000 results but it will only let you pull up the fist 30 pages or about 300 patens. Any way around this?

Kindly help me. I wanted to know what the number in between the articles means in bold font. Are they like citation numbers in usual papers? In that case, one of the patents had number 170 or 107 being used again and again. It had 790 citations. It seems absurd to count that much.
Also one of the patents used numbers higher than 40 with only 10 citations. What should I do?

When we do many searches for a certain invention, all our key words can let people know what we are searching about and give them some idea about our invention.

    Awesome...!
So aren't traditional patent search suppliers (with their clumsy, comparatively oldfashioned interfaces, high subscription cost, limited internal development resources etc.) going to be pushed out of business soon once professionals 'get the hang' of Google Patents? Similarly as the entire encyclopedia industry has been pushed out of business by the likes of Wikipedia.
Btw., it seems you searched for documents that contain the word "Polypropylene" which however don't contain the word "Polypropylene", and then you carry on explaining that the results also cover documents that contain the word Polypropylène?

Since google shares your search results, aren't you effective making your invention publicly known which would make a patent invalid?

      There are many ways:
First, you can check the kind code after publication number A is generally pending application while B is for granted.
Second, you can check the legal status given in the bibliographic details.
