@@kosnickn The E change compensate itself at 100AP and then further it's a buff, so of course you scale harder late game with 15% AP ratio buff and you don't need to build Rabadons or Mejai for that
The Asol R2 Shockwave nerf is actually a buff. Because the shockwave damage is a function of the R1 damage the R1 buffs impact the R2 shockwave. The reduced modifier does not make up for the buff. The new shockwave deals less damage if you have redicoulous amounts of AP (around 1600 at all ranks).
It's kinda funny. On Nami they keep buffing her point-and-click W even though people keep asking for her skillshot Q to finally get some power for once. Meanwhile on Milio they can't stop buffing his skillshot Q at the cost of his point-and-click E despite nobody ever asking for that.
Nami is meant to be a skirmisher. Buffing her Q makes sense. You want to be trading any time you and your ally have everything up. Milio is not that way. If he was, his CDs wouldn't be so long. Milio has Renata length CDs. That means his abilities are supposed to be very powerful, but it makes no sense with his design. Janna functions the most similar to Milio, and her abilities aren't ridiculously long (yet they are still powerful).
i think they will do more on hecarim since they pushing e max second since his e base damage is really bad and there is not a lot of reasons to max it second when w give you more armor

I'd like to see a Q change where if you bounce something (champion, minion, etc) onto something else (such as a champ) then the target + whoever they land on is stunned. Even if it's a .5 second stun at rank 1 up to 1.25 seconds at max rank. That would reward Milio players who are good at utilizing the kick mechanic aggressively

The explosion could go on the initial target Or make that his shield make that the explosion focus is on a ally, buffing him in some way / more for the peeling with the area deny, i mean that's such a simple champion that could be be more well designed to me

They need to revert some of the changes they did to Rumble going back to the patch when conqueror was released. Those changes created the burst monster that is hated these days. Before that he was more of a battle mage. I’ve mained Rumble since day 1 of his release. Riot balance team is turbo cancer.

His winrate is also probably lower than expected since dantes builds random ultimate bravery stupid shit on him like zekes to make him look weaker.
