Auto Pick and Ship Confirm Orders in Oracle Fusion!

Is the below process are prossible?
-> Pick Release - Auto
-> Pick Confirm - Manual
-> Shipment Creation - Auto
->Shipment receipt - Auto
Requirement: Client is using both serial control and non serial control item. So, we wanted to set the process commonly to fullfill the transfer order as stated above.

I want to take this a step ahead, and want to see status like Picked, Partially picked in the fulfillment instead of just "Awaiting Shipping". Can you please tell me from where it is controlled?
