Yes, we noticed your added insulation. Good idea.
My van has the black paint job, and I noticed the metal van shell was too hot to even touch when I was working on it. With the insulation the insides of the cabinets are much cooler now and presumably the whole van will stay cooler in the sun.
You’re fortunate that you can pull your circuit breaker panel fully out. Mine will only come forward about 1.5” before short wires stops it.
