- Coming from Amazon River - like Puntarenas we sail down Costa Rica's coast dropping our hook in Drake Bay. By coincidence our anchorage is right next to the MOST BIODIVERSE PLACE IN THE WORLD according to National Geographic - the Corcovado National Park on the Osa Peninsula.
Buccoo, our dinghy, takes us on a little river tour exploring the outer parts of Costa Rica's tropical rainforest & it's inhabitants. We are blown away!
The little village also pleases us where we are on the search for several things as another repair session needs to be completed on board Thula.
And Costa Rica is of course a country of PEACE :) :) auto-self correction mistake...

I've been to Drake 4 times, it's a truly magical place. The night jungle tours are awesome.
It's so beautiful rainforest, some as my island Kauai 🏝 Hawaii , extremely jungle and green .Many beautiful birds 🐦. Tropical paradise place .I m living in the tropicals Islands about 40 years and really like it so much ,specially islands 🏝 where covered a tick rainforest.

The fruit at 1'40'' is called Graviola here in Brasil. Soursop in English.

Guanabana juice (fruit with either water or milk) is delicious. Try it.
We‘ll remember that for next time. Would have never thought to put milk in it!
@@ThulaSailing I tried in Peru and it was the only thing I wanted to drink that week. 😉 I believe they put the fruit with milk and ice in the blender. Easy to make and delicious.

The best way I've had soursop is to mix it with lemon lime soda like 7up or Sprite.

At around 6'50'' it is not a Crocodile, but an Alligator Jacaré in Brasil; as almost always, theire should be a spanich name for it, similar to brasilian name, I guess.
To see crocodile, have to go to Africa -;)

Didn't they just have a tsunami there? How far behind are you on the dates?
A little behind. This was in March!
Wasn't a tsunami, it was a Tsunami alert due to an earthquake in the border of Costa Rica coast and Panama coast
Maybe I missed this in a past video, but why didn't you continue West traversing the globe back to Europe? instead you've turned around and seemed to be heading back to Europe from whence you came?
