In Bob Daisley's book "For Facts Sake" he said Ozzy admitted that he made a big mistake getting rid of Kerslake after they had a real hard time with Aldridge tracking for "Bark at the Moon". @@Leh73-m6r
Love these so damn much! I think something System of a Down would be wild. They have some great musical and vocal ranges, and a bunch of subtle and not so subtle post production that would be killer to dive into.
In the remastered version Roberth Trujillo play the bass and Faith no more's Mike Bordin play drums. It was because the rights of the songs had legal issues...
@deepinsidethemusic so hear me out because ive spent an entire afternoon trying to figure out where ive heard the bass riff at 7:49 to 8:00 minute mark the one you guys said it sounded like Teletubbies. It sounds very similar to the bass riff in Styx Too much time on my hands. What do you guys think?
This is awesome. I love hearing Randy's isolated guitars. Unfortunately this version doesn't contain the original bass or drums. This is the Sharon re-recorded version with Robert Trujillo and Mike Bordin. It still sounds great. They play it well. But it should be Bob and Lee's performances here. But thank you for this video. Loved it.
When you hear Ozzy's vocals without the the drums or the guitars you can hear subliminal messages such as Satan will eat your soul. Pick up the gun shoot, etc.
The delays that pan back and forth do that automatically most of the time. They're called "ping-pong" delays here in the states, though I suppose they would be called "table-tennis" delays in the UK right? 😂😂😂
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is Sharon's revised 2002 version that had re-recorded drums and bass. The Osbournes were apparently in a dispute with the Daisley & Kerslake, and didn't want them to have the performance royalties. The fans of course rebelled, and they had to change it back. The new bass is Robert Trujillo of Metallica, and new drums are Mike Bordin of Faith No More.
It sounds like the original guys to me, Trujillo is a finger guy? Definitely a pick on this, for all we know Randy played the bass part ala Hendix. Nasty messed up dirty rock. Ozzie's timbre is a punch in the face. I'm double tracking every vocal from now on like I used to. You guys are the Keystone Cops for the Mensa crowd!!!!! Did I steal that???
I would love to hear any track from Metallica's ... And Justice for All album. I want to hear that bass they've hidden behind all the other tracks Or any Radiohead!
Sarzo played on speak of the devil that's it. Come on guys do some homework before you do these videos on who played on this legendary stuff. Plz don't disrespect Bob daisley or Lee kerkslake like that. Sorry but Rudy don't got shit on Bob daisley

Chris Squire is yawning in his grave listening to y'all going on about the bass. I mean, who really cares who is playing it and who really cares who is playing the drums? This was and always will be about Randy and Ozzy. God bless the rhythm section because all music fans know for a fact that rock and roll would not exist without it but come on.
I've played bass for 40 years.
This is the first time I'm hearing the isolated bass track.
Daisley is amazing!
Randy's playing was absolutely amazing. Hearing the isolated guitar track blows my mind. My god, what talent.
Incredible!!!
Agreed. Hearing that stuff that is impossible to to hear on the track is just amazing.
Love this series, You know who would be great to hear like this ?
Mother Love Bone, Isolated Andrew Wood vocals would be great
Thank you for watching! We will look for it!
Steve Vai stated that this is the first solo that scared him.
He described it as a freight train of a solo.
THE Blizzard of Ozz. Ozzy Osbourne, Bob Daisley, Lee Kerslake, and Randy Rhoads. Everyone brought their A-game.

Ohhhh HELL YES! We will look.
Fantastic. I guess I like some disco now.

Randy triple tracked all of his solos. Your minds are only 2/3's blown.
Hahahah! Thanks!
Lee Kerslake was the drummer on the first two Ozzy albums.
Also wrote some of the melodies and partial lyrics. :)

35:19 with these tracks isolated, it's 'Over The Mountain' for the most part.
Very very interesting perspective. Thank you for watching.😀
Bob Daisley. He said he played thru Randy’s Marshall.

Thank you for pointing that out! It’s crazy!!! Maybe that’s where Pearl Jam got it from?
Sweet dreams are made of...metal? Hmm, let's hear that guitar track again, question is, who did it first? Let's find out...
Those are not triplets, they are sixteenth notes.
Do you guys not hear the count before the track?
Can you guys do Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush?
We will look for it!
Lee Kerslake was original drummer.

And maybe a little acoustic guitar?
There was no guitar on the track list! What a ripoff!
The acoustic guitar is clear...I've watched y'all's video 7 times, and never heard that count...
