QFS Transportation driver

QFS Transportation driver 107011 on I16eb in Register, GA. We saw a truck n trailer w flashing lights on the right shoulder up the next hill from almost a mile away. It seems that he cares nothing or blind about the safety and clean air for our hard-working tire roadside technicians. While I moved over to the left, he has plenty for time to move to the left when he was speeding up behind me on the right lane to pass. QFS driver failed Georgia MOVE OVER LAW. FOLKS, the Tire guys are risking their lives to get us back on the road, so how about a little respect?
