Not unplugged and very processed sounding, but I also think it's beautiful. Beautiful is actually the best word to me to use here, because it pays respect to what Tim does and manages to do. The amount of talent and effort impresses me again too. That being said I also think flowers and trees are beautiful, majestic, god given etc, and like those things I'm not having any significant emotional response to this, it's like watching a robot, no human texture to be found like Zappa, Frusciante etc...So sorry once again 😅 Edit: I feel like it's so perfect and polished that neither Tim himself nor his instrument matter anymore. Closing my eyes makes me not care what instrument is.being played. He's musically enlightened, zen-like seeming and makes me realize I don't desire to get there to THAT degree. I like "happy accidents" (Bob Ross rip) in my playing like Beethoven when he allegedly said "playing a wrong note is insignificant, playing without passion is inexcusable."

Its funny you said Zappa-esque...i thought this song sounded a lot like "Flex-able" by Steve Vai, which was heavily influenced by his time with Zappa.
