"America has a fucking fentanyl crisis"
He's not wrong
It's true
This is beyond true. Only last month I found my brother-in-law after he OD'd on it. Scary crap, man.
NO NO NO IT DOESN'T, just keep watching your non brain rotting tiktoks and leave the political government stuff to the government 👍
Don't ever mention this again son
@@xxKillgorxxthat's actually very tragic.
fentanyl fucking took mr. millipede from us
I read online the police has a lead on who sold it to him, but if their evidence is correct, the guy already blew his own head of in a JC Penny's changing room. Fuck Fent

It is a bad crisis

I knew 100% Mr. Millipede would be dead but I still lost my shit when it showed his grave
It’s just the instant cut and crickets. Not to mention he just had a normal ass grave too. Honestly the lack of noise does alot.
@@yamnbam4346it’s been a whole day I’m still laughing my ass off
There's something about him being 49 and a "beloved uncle" that makes me smile
Its his face after they show the grave that kills me lol.
It's not only that, is the silence, the fetanyl, the ooh oooh ooooh...
He's been dead for almost 3 years, an Gwimbly didn't even know. That's peak tragedy, right there.
That’s always been a little fear for me, not knowing if one of my friends is gone because I haven’t heard from them in a while.
@@crimsondynamo615 mine too honestly
I love that he didn't know Mr Millipede was dead but instantly knew it was from a drug overdose
I think Mr. Millipede’s family either didn’t like Gwimbly or they forgot to invite him to the funeral.
@@CarlosCarcamo-bs4ln It's far more likely they couldn't locate or message Gwimbly, because he's homeless. Finding a specific homeless person is near impossible and would take months or years. That is if they're not dead.
I like how they subvert your expectations by not having his nemesis angry about Gwimbly mentioning how he kicked his ass
Bro had the same vibes as that Friend who used to do wild shit before he got married.
He probably remembered the times when he kicked his ass as well
Bro was genuinely chill fr
@@vhstape5643I mean it probably helped that he was better off in comparison to gwimbly
Not angry, but not happy either; he’s not too keen on going back to the ‘glory days’
Gwimbly goes from "Haha funny guy" to "Psychicpebbles with a filter" in one jump cut
Just how we like it.
He really is just one of Zach's little creatures we've met before, isn't he
That's not a jump cut but I know what you mean.
It is really obviously just Zach under a filter lol. He's a good voice actor but it feels like they already made him do all the voices he's capable of and it's already getting repetitive 😅 I hope they push his range or see what other impressions he's got in store, I know there's gotta be another iconic president impression of some sort I haven't heard yet lol
Dude wasnt even invited to his funeral. Goddamn.
I mean, he was laying in the street getting hosed when we first saw him, lol. There's every chance there was no place to send the invite to
That's usually how it works when homeless people don't have a phone. No access to the internet, no phone number, and no address. The only way anybody you know is going to find you is by pure chance.
@@iraqifoodcart8447gwimbly did have a phone though
He’s thriving
@@twocalicocats5511My guess is that there wasn't anybody close enough to mr. millipede that knew gwimbly so they didn't bother seeking him out.
I love how Count Gruxia's wife screams when pim tries to speak because he's the one she's actually afraid of
lmao for real? i thought she was afraid of Gwimbly
@@lunaticlemon2997I feel like that might be the joke. You think she's scared of Gwimbly, but she's actually scared of the most kind and gentle person there.
She points at Pim too when she says this person shouldnt be here
There are a few points I'd like to list on Mr. Millipede's grave at 0:57
1: The "Beloved Uncle" line implying he had a brother (who had kids), and he was involved in their lives to a significant and positive degree.
2: The "May the peace of The Lord be with you" line at the bottom implies he was a devout Christian, or at least had some deathbed conversion which prompted that line on his gravestone.
3: From the dates on his gravestone, it's implied he only lived to be about 48 years old. (Had he lived to November 7th, he would've been 49)
4: The tulips by his grave look somewhat fresh, which implies that three years after his death (assuming the episode takes place in our current day), somebody (assuming his brother and his brother's children) is still leaving flowers at his gravestone. I find that very touching.
5: His birthday is Nov 7, 1972, meaning he was born on the same day as San Francisco actor Eric Dane.
6: May 23rd, 2021 was one day after the Gansu ultramarathon disaster, where 21 marathon runners in China died of hypothermia. Idk if the two events are related.
7: He would've turned 18 in 1990, but the 1990 midterms happened on November 6th, one day before his birthday. This means the first national US election he could've voted in was the 1992 US presidential election.
8: He would've turned 21 in 1993, one year after the fall of the Soviet Union.
And those are 8 fun facts about Mr. Millipede.
Damn. Rip
That was autastic. You should be both proud and ashamed.
He is also born the same day the first video game, pong

I don’t even think Gruxias wife actually had a problem, she was just trying to help her husband out of an awkward situation.
she's a real one
She did pop in the second they mentioned Gwimbly crashing on the couch, she's a real ride or die
I mean she’s trying to make sure her husband doesn’t go back to his PS1 platforming days and actually support his kids as well as his job. The Count might be the bad guy in the PS1 era, but at least he has a decent life and not in the same situation Gwimbly’s in.

“America has a fucken fentanyl crisis”
-Gwimbly
I love how the count's wife showed up immediately after Alan asks if they can dump Gwimbly in their couch.
Quimbly's model does the fucking weird thing when the polygons move/warp with the characters motion from the ps1 era 😂😂
Thata the lack of Z-buffer and it's a known ghing
dithering
you've got a partial answer and a wrong answer in the replies here. i won't pretend to know exactly what causes it (something to do with the ps1 lacking floating point precision), but the effect you're seeing is called "vertex warping"
@@flynntaggart8549I mean it’s just rounding errors right. The 3D display is just a giant array with integer specified indices and so when a polygon’s zyx coordinate in the display array crosses a rounding threshold you’ll just see it snap to the next index.
@@67tedwardcan i use this as dialog in a comic?
The wife randomly showing up and instantly being terrified of Gwimbly then screeching like that had me crying laughing the first time I saw. It still tickles me
she screamed bloody murder at his prolonged presence
She was terrified of Pim. Which makes it funnier.
I feel like Count Gruxia's face is less pixelated and warped because he got the close up shots while you spent most of the game looking at Gwimbly's back.
And his anal prolapse.

I know it's sorta played as a joke, but man, how fucked up is it that Gwimbly's life is so out of sorts that he didn't even find out his best friend was dead until well after the fact???
I love how his grave said beloved uncle. So much is said about his character from that one little detail. So clever
on closer inspection, count groxia's wife was actually afraid of Pim rather than Gwimbly. she pointed at Pim and screamed when he spoke. this despite how similar they look.
He's hiding something.
I like how this show implies that mr. millipede died from an overdose and the fact that gwimbly brought up the fentanyl crisis out of nowhere makes perfect sense
It's sad that the main bad guy was able to have a decent life while the video game mascot fell on hard times and his sidekick died from substance abuse.
This is probably my favourite scene in the whole episode, just the joke plays perfectly as we see him cut to learning his friend has been dead for years.
You can see he is barely processing his grief, breaking down saying his iconic "Ooo-Ooo-Ooo" as he realises someone he loved is gone.
This made Gwimbly more than just a character for me, but felt like he was a real person.
The joke plays so well into the tragedy that it just feels natural.
Oh shit. Yeah he died back in 2021… damn thats a touch i didnt get.
Nothing feels natural in the episode because it’s been cut weirdly to be 10 minutes long.
genuinely made me sad honestly, I think gwimbley's my favorite character

0:39 Completely caught me off guard; I love random stuff like this 😭🤣
Man, Mr. Millipede was my favorite. I love the spin-off they did "Mr Millipede and the giant gem!" It's was my favorite despite it not being the most well received. It came out around the time when most franchises were going for a more dark tone. While it was still wacky and fun, it did have a more deep meaning to it. We got to see more on Mr Millipedes' back story and lore! How he came to be, his family, and how he and Gwimbly met! I loved that at the end when fighting the final boss (who I can't remember the name off. He had a big purple hat and beard or something) Gwimbly shows up to help fight. The ending is very sweet two seeing Gwimbly and Mr. Millipede reunites. It's so sad to know he's no longer with us. R.I.P Mr. Millipede! A victim of addiction.....
