- Unbelievable! 3:50min for that break against Mick Price in the legendary Match 1997 at the Crucible Theatre in London :-).
Enjoy it (I know you do ^^)
Greets :-)
Your stroke was a thing of beauty in those days, Ronnie. Just awesome!
The same match in which he made the fastest 147.
there will never be another player of the same caliber as o'sullivan

The Crucible is in Sheffield :p
There are rumours that ronnie played really fast in this match so his dad could watch it live from prison in the allotted time he was allowed to watch ronnie play on TV
@4:02 the reaction of the lady in red.... Crushing!
So... before making the fastest maximum, he was making the fastest frame in the crucible. O'sullivan as usual, breaking records ^^
The two people, that ever held a que , with ability that no one can match, would be Ronnie O'Sullivan, and Walter Lindrum, who was so great, they had to change the Rules, it's such a shame, that Ronnie, and Hendry, or anyone else, in the snooker world hasn't thought to talk about his exceptional ability, also to be fair, Hendry was almost as good as Ronnie, and he himself, thinks Ronnie was a tad better, than himself.
Ref can't count at 00:45.
I picked that up as well. Thought I was going mad,
Nobody in the history or the future of the game can play like this.
Why don't the commentators or anyone else notice the ref adding only 4 points onto his break for potting the blue, the break is on 5, the blue is potted and then the ref says 9 🤔
It's actually 83, right :)
Of course your right & Price missed a trick there and only chance he had against Ronnie. Wait till Ronnie made a 20 or 30 break then pull Len Ganley and tell him the real score and his mistake on the blue, that would have flustered Ganley for sure & also pulled up Ronnie for awhile until resolved. Spanner in the works so to speak but Ronnie is and will always be the best the game has ever seen,
I just noticed that also but I'm wondering if that's actually the blue that he is potting and not the brown?
No! It was the blue ball he potted!
If the referee was a little bit more fit, it would have taken a maximum of 3mnts
The break was 83.
he was playing a plum with glasses here
No Ebdon jokes?? LOL
They're still being written
Is that ref American? Wild!
Anybody know what the hand wave at the end just he misses the final red was about? Was he apologizing how bad shot he played or what?
no he expected that the last red would not be potted so he waved his hand like he wanted to say: ''its not going to get in''
Quirurgico... cuando agarra la pelota se la lleva a su casa.
Just a joy to watch
