The only thing I don’t like is that annoying startup chime. If I buy this, I might replace the startup chime.

that start up chime is just a little plug in thing right under dashboard but if u forget a light on or something thats all it really does
Saw this in brisbane, with left hand drive sticker at the back. Managed to chat with driver at the traffic light junction as i position my vehicle on his left side. He was heading to gold coast and he was an american married to an australian wife. Not bad from the exterior look of the vehicle. 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent trucks for their time despite the horrible quality fisher price plastic like interiors.
Most people preferred more utilitarian interiors. "Great this plastic is easy to clean!". Even some luxury cars had a lot of plastic because people wanted features over leather on their dash and better ride quality for the most part.

@@jeremyickes5699I have one buttons will get gooey and stuck and the said plastics will get brittle and break I had to replace my dash as all door buttons and well old radio was useless so that’s replaced as well.

@@charlesmchoop3007 thats not entirely true completely different powertrain interior changes and body panels added. no a tahoe is not a escalade. a yukon and tahoe i can agree with but the escalade was given a different treatment they came with like a 6.2l and a different transmission to match plus like stated above different interior design too. i was just giving my opinion but like assholes and elbows everyones got one and aint none special :) i just love my gmt 400 platform especially the chevy tahoe first gen tahoes are bad ass too me just wish they would of kept the blazer name instead of giving the tiny suv the blazer name and making a new one for the tahoe.

@@petejones6827 GMT800 Escalade came with the 6.0 Vortec, not the 6.2 you referring to.
6.2 was 2007 & younger.
Since you complained about the Grill & that they "ruined" the Bowtie, lol WTF, what else should GMC do? It's a GMC, not a Chevy.
Of course the interiors differ & that the Escalade is more supremely. But the Yukon Denali & Escalade have alot of the same interior.
It's more like, Thaoe "lowest" trim level even as LT, then the Yukon Denali as "mid" Trim Level & the Escalade with the "highest" trim level.
The Yukon Denali also came with the 6.0.
@@charlesmchoop3007 you realize thats a aftermarket grille and front end right? you know that is not stock and NEVER WAS. also this is a CHEVY in the vid not a gmc or a caddy and yea i meant 6.0 i was wrong i mistaken them but the 99 did have a 6.0 option i have a friend that has a 99 with it his 99 escalade looks so different than my 99 tahoe maybe your grille and my buddies escalade are dealership altered. or maybe his motor isnt stock and i just wasnt aware of it. the 99 also came with a diesel option too if you didnt know. a small weak little thing but still a diesel option
