This exact cave formation used to be the one I would always look for when I played rust.
Before they nerfed it, there was a third build area that both sides had a tunnel to and it connected both of them. But you had to go through either of the first two build areas to get to it.
So you'd always just make both of the cave bases nothing but doors, turrets and HQM. Just annoying shit people need to get through and make it have no loot. Then the third build area they both connected to you'd put your actual base/loot.
It was broken as hell.
There's actually a way to sprint through the spike jump both going in and out without having to jump. I remember me and my friends all had it by muscle memory from simply using this specific cave formation on every map nearly 5 wipes in a row. Maybe they've patched that too by now. I haven't played Rust in ages.
Of course GoonAddict12 would ruin it for everyone

Yo Bubs, go to a designated campground with rangers, fire pits etc if you are brand new to camping. Also a week is way too long for a single person, food is pretty heavy, especially filling food. Be careful bro, nature is brutal.

When I still played I would refuse to do anything with caves with the jump spike pit. Latency plays a role because of how perfect you need to crouch jump.

Also, honestly, I'd be worried about you camping unless it's at an official camping area with security measures. I wouldn't want you to just be camping randomly somewhere. That's my thoughts on it.

Hey bubs I don't know how much you like looking at stuff as a universal investment but as far as a battery for camping you should look into Blueetti or some form of portable power station. The bluetti brand can be charged with solar panels and are modular so you can buy more and combine them in the future for more power storage. They are great if you lose power in the house because they can power a whole pc setup and the router while blending up a smoothie in a tanning bed. Incredible machines! Worth looking into as even outside of video ideas they can be a life saver.
