Aw, Ben, if you only knew how much your songs mean to me... every note, melody, meaning. Your albums have been accompanying me through my journey, regardless of the period, the mood, the age, your songs kept me going, and, for that, I am forever grateful.
This is the kind of music that has to be recognized, for this reason, Ben Howard is my favorite singer.

I slept on Noonday Dream for a long time, but after giving it a chance it became my favourite album right after IFWWW. I find it really mellow and thought provoking.
In every song of his, there's at least one or two lines that just hit me different. Every sight of you I know is worth the keeping. I just can't describe it other than it gets straight to my soul.
First time i paid attention to the lyrics this line stuck with me, i associate it with my kids and wife. I'm planning on getting it tattooed on my body, along with other lyrics i have of his. It says something so basic, but so important and complex, and fundamental to happiness. The live version from Jazzfest (or something), with the visuals in the background, makes me weep with happiness. It's so beautiful.
My blood sugar was low yesterday night. I took some sugar to feel okay again, but I was anxious as usual. I put on this song and I felt relief, I simply waited, light-headed, knowing that there are beautiful things in this world, bigger than the pain I may go through. Ben, dude, you are one of those beautiful things.

Indeed!! So thankful that I've had the pleasure of discovering him too. I am 69 yrs and had never heard of him before. Found him maybe 6 months ago and have listened to everything he has written. I am so captivated by his lyrics and the way he plays his guitar. So unusual. So delightful. So able to take me somewhere else. He knows that guitar inside out. I have felt so many emotions that I believe are his coming out so subtly. I believe he's had a lot of different sorrows in his life and his music is how he can release his emotions. And that's just one reason why we all love him. Beautiful job Ben.
