Distress led migration.

More than three lakh crores of debt on Punjab farmers .
Around 35000 peasant's suicides in Punjab.
If we are preaching Sikhism and really want to support Sikhs it is important to project the ground reality for public awareness which is very important.
Farmers are sulking on the roads to project their poor economic conditions but the government and media is projected them negatively to create hatred in minds of people. Today, the hard-working peasants who were once honoured by people as Ann- Data are humiliated by words like anti-national,terrorists, etc..
Proud farmers compromising with their dignity are migrating abroad to improve their poor economic conditions whereas Media is projecting that they are going for improving lifestyle .
Sir, it is Really important to project the true picture of peasantry in Punjab. “Peasantry is Punjab”.

The Punjabi farmers in the Terai regions of UP, and Uttrakhand were given small land grants of 10-15 acres but today they own 500 acre of farms by illegally clearing forest lands of Corbett, Rajaji and Dudhwa national park... The entire Sikh political leadership of Punjab and Delhi own these benami farms. The land transactions take place in Gurudwaras instead of registrar office..They even help and support other landless stateless people to settle in these areas so that they may obtain their support of these illegal settlers to protect their own illegal farms and interests...
The original residents of these areas had to leave or migrate at very early period due to the offensive behavior of migrant sikh community..
Today the Punjabi migrant farmers who obtained free land grants and also own vast tracts of illegally occupied land stand firmly with Khalistanis and Khalistan movement from its early days!!
