At the end I filmed how the calibration is done on the scope, I calibrated 1 megaohm there, the input of the scope is exactly 1 megaohm, it is clear that the first attempt had poor contact, and after calibration the tweezers showed 1.06 megaohm... When I tried to calibrate again, the contact was already better, which is actually visible on the oscillogram, and it showed 1.01 megaohm.... That is, this calibration really works!!! And the most important thing..... It is calibrated at all voltages and frequencies, which is what I wanted to show.
The problem is, that oscilloscope does not have 1MΩ at its input, it's much more cca 1MΩ and at least few pF. Furthermore, as you begin with calibration, you have to go through all that steps using adequate standards otherwise you end up with miscalibrated unit.
