Yeah but it's not all about the condition, it's about centering as well. Which is a make or break for a 10. Fingerprints don't help either. The Japanese cards are better centered because of quality control being better. The English cards are more likely to be off centered. So far CGC has been doing well in the business so far and more and more people are going to them. PSA is still mostly the currency. Beckett is kinda falling but I'm not sure why. I have some guesses but yeah. Anyway cheers guys!

Cgc has a great and super easy process. They're cgc tutorials all over UA-cam I just used them for the first time less than a month ago and it's super super smooth.
the problem is you hit pristine 10 so rarely, and they are barely worth more than psa 10.... and the cgc gem mint 10s are barely above raw price... so no point in doing this at all. After grading fees you lost money on this submission.
Tbh if modern cards aren't getting 10s then something is seriously wrong
I heard AGS uses AI to grade probably the go to on modern cards that don't get 10

Printing of English Pokémon cards are terrible quality compared to Japanese.

CGC slabs are just so much nicer imo i do miss the blue label but its no biggie.

The different color labels every year piss me off. Charging 5 bucks a slab to change colors pissed me off so bad ill never use them again

PSA is awful too...undersized pack fresh card because it's 0.05mm smaller when they measured it calipers that have a + - of 0.1mm lol
