The constitution is very clear on that situation. People don't have to go in the streets but it is very important to go in the streets and demonstrate peacefully while signatures are collected. Ruto can't lead Kenya anymore. It will not be possible like it has been before and especially not with chest thumping idiots in parliament who don't even read the constitution.
