nice to see a more recent version of Dick, this coming from someone whose attention I never acquired in my early days at Glasgow Uni in the early 1960s - my excuse is that I'm a Ross & county person . . . from my birth in Dingwall, then in Kyle of Lochalsh where my father was headmaster, later on on in Avoch (if any of you know where that is!!!!)

Miss Alistair but his songs live on and the likes of Dick keep the traditions strong - the conscience of Alba. John Hamil - when was this recorded? Have just seen a vid of Dick at CC with Billy Bragg and he does not look well. What is up - can't lose him as well.

This was the AHMT concert at Celtic Connections in 2013. Sadly Dick had a stroke a couple of years ago.
