Thank you so much. This is whole MBA in about 1.5 hours. Rajiv Bajaj should speak more. Not all are lucky enough to find gurus from diverse fields like he did. The way he shares his experiences articulately can set many in the right direction!

If ever Mr Rajiv Bajaj had a duplicate in mannerisms and voice it probably would be me, it's strange yet true. Another strange fact is that I admire him for many reasons but it's not a reason for the similarity in voice & mannerisms.

Rajiv, you speak so eloquently and so simply that made me realize that there's so much of life's learning comes from simple people around you. One's role models, learnings are there ,but you have to introspect to see and recognize. Well said..

The way he remembers his life's past events, narrates them, and associates each with a powerful life lesson is just remarkable. It didn't feel like it was an interview. It felt more like listening to stories on "Yaadon ka idiot box - Neelesh Misra" but in this case, the narrator himself is playing the role of both teacher and the student.

Always speaks the best, articulate and connects life experiences with philosophy. Another beautifully given/spoken interview. Rajiv Bajaj (who I admire the most) never ceases to amaze me. He is just the best. His know how about every single aspect and still be so humble and simple is impeccable. He should give a lot more interviews. Anything he says is damn interesting.

Thought provoking in many ways..many 🤔of us won't be vocal about our parents and our differences in perception.. I think most of us remain wedged between being unsatisfied with an outcome 🤔 to getting into a zone of accepting the inevitable which is the zero that Rajiv Bajaj mentioned.. We need many more aspirational and hungry Indians to fulfill our dreams ...

Wonderful wisdom and that you are implementing the worth of nothing into you life..... all my respect ....it takes a journey to understand this.....only in the end ....that sentence ..where you say .that egoistic Western concept of leadership ....sorry, I cannot agree with you ...... how I see it , this concept has nothing to do with the West .... this concept is all over the world , including India ...it depends on ego only, how much is still there or how much you already have disposed it ....I fully understand the concept that the greatest leaders lead from the back ... wonderful , honest story ....thank you for sharing !

Could've done away with the background music ! At place it gets too loud that it's a struggle to listen to the voice. This kind of content doesn't need any dramatization with music. It's so engaging by itself.
