Watching this march 8 2021. Still causes me to laugh my Ace off. Movies today can't touch the older comedy. This is a freaking classic. Love this stuff.
Wednesday night 11-24-21. Watching the movie right now. Watch it every year on the night before Thanksgiving. Gets me psyched and ready to kick off the Holiday season - starting with PT&A and waking up to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving day Parade.
It seems that this is a perfect example of the type of world we live in now. A rare diamond knows the great song "3 Coins in a Fountain," yet everyone knows the words to "The Flintstones" And now everyone is like Homer freakin' Simpson. SMH
If you want to know how the future of humanity will turn out??? Just watch the movie "Idiocracy", if you haven't already. This explains exactly where the human race is headed. Lol
@@dwaynejpeterkin 🤨The Flintstones was not fresh and new in 1987. The show came on in 1960. So it's almost as old as the Frank Sinatra song. The difference is that Flintstone has been on syndication on TV since it's debut while Sinatra music hasn't had that kind of steady rotation on the radio in probably about 15-20 years. Today they would still be singing the Flintstone as Rick and Morty are mostly known by Generation Z and if their lucky half of millennials.
All I think of is Alice in the Brady Bunch asking, "anyone have 3 coins for the fountain?" After the kids break the vase and try and glue it back together, and then it leaks!! 😅
Neil is the only person on the bus that knows the song Three Coins in a Fountain by Frank Sinatra. Everyone else at 0:16-0:20 looked at him like WTF?!?! 😂😂😂😂

I'm guessing nobody on the bus heard of Frank Sinatra? lol. Or they were just too young. lol. Because that was "Three Coins In A Fountain" was Frank Sinatra's 1954 hit song. But this was hilarious though. 😂
There are two kinds of people in this world: those who sing Three Coins In A Fountain and those who sing Flintstones.
Three coins in a fountain, each one seeking happiness, thrown by three hopeful lovers... FLINTSTONES MEET THE FLINTSTONES.
Neil Page has got one
Never gets old
@@victorfinne1493 That’s too funny
WILMA....
Fun fact was that John Candy was originally considered for the role of Fred Flintstone in the 1994 Flintstones live action movie.
Michael J. He’d be perfect.
@@RealFanOfSteel agreed
He would have made a amazing Fred
Kenny Wohl especially with that Wilma yell.
But now he's John Goodman as Fred.
This scene captures their relationship up to this point perfectly.
Poor Neal
As if it wasn’t bad enough that no one knew/liked his song he has to spend time in St Louis 😢

❤❤❤ I love that ❤❤❤
😆😆 I love how when nobody approves of Neal's song and then Del starts singing the Flintstones Neal sighs in envy :D
Jamie Boy1995 Why nobody approves 3 coins in a fountain song?
Even Del had a look of "Geez people."
Grand Dad...Flintstones....What the Fuck?
GRAND DAD?!?!!
*FLEENSTONES?*
I regret nothing
What’s really weird is that if this happened today no one would know the Flintstones song.
Got to make this my ringtone!

I guess nobody but Neal was a Sinatra fan.

@ 0:31 Not one person is singing! Lol. Bad editing.
I noticed that, wtf was it a bus full of voice-throwers.
Well in reality not everyone would sing
why does everyone get mad at him? or is it just no one knows wth he is singing?
I think it's more the latter, and maybe they're thinking he's being a little pretentious. XD
I have never heard of 3 coins in a fountain. But I have heard of the Flintstones.
They're supposed to be uncultured swine
With these sort of people, you need their permission to be better than them. However this is the case with most people.
