  • My bro @xi_amaru_bey shared some interesting info with me about something called “The Slave Code” and Etymology of words we use daily. It was interesting to me so I wanted to share the knowledge | perspective with you as well.

Do you feel like you are overworking yourself? Have you ever studied the etymology of words?

Definitely looking into the etymology of words...we have been conditioned to count the weeks and overwork ourselves in order to succeed but are we weaken ourselves in the process. So many times we have chose to work instead of attending celebrations, quality family and friends meetings and even things we love . This was deep .

@@chantalmoore6132 let’s us know how much we still are slaves... I can’t count the times I chose to stay in LA to work instead of flying back home because I knew I’d be financially worse off if I left.. We been getting played for too long.

Love the end song. A ton of energy. And Etymology tells it all.

I’d rather work everyday for me including “weekends” if it means making my own income. But don't just work for money, get your freedom back! #nodaysoff #focus

Same here!!! I totally agree. It's not really work (IMO) when it's for you and you know what you're doing it for. We know life costs, but I gotta have the freedom to do it how I choose to do it.
