Today we attempt the craziest food challenge I have possibly ever seen… we are at Zippliners Kitchen taking on their ultimate brisket sandwich challenge, a over 10 pound brisket sandwich featuring countless pounds of Texas style barbeque brisket, pickles, spicy jalapeños, all served on a housemaid bread. We are in Schertz Texas (San Antonio Texas) had 60 minutes in order to get the $100 sandwich for free, otherwise we would have to pay for this mega challenge. This is definitely a great deal for this challenge, and the restaurant offers all kinds of delicious southern and American cuisine’s! Can we meet this impossible man vs food food challenge? Or will this undefeated to challenge beat us like an Adam Richman fail. This is the definition of Texas sized! The biggest food challenge ever? The biggest bbq sandwich ever?
Can we beat this giant bbq challenge? Or will this unbeaten and undefeated challenge get the better of us?

The chef's reaction and his proud smile was the best. He was watching intensely for his reaction to his food. Nothing is better than seeing a positive reaction to something you've prepared.

You absolutely are one of the most enjoyable eaters to watch. Your personality is very pleasant. And I like the way you explain stuff and you really look like you enjoy what you're eating. Even when you have to be a slightly sloppy you're very respectful about it. It's just nice and you're not bad to look at

Watching the other professional eaters eat I get grossed out by the time they get half way in but Joel eat with ease and makes the food look good. Even though he’s eating fast it don’t look like it. He chews his food, drink plenty of liquids and talks. He’s also a clean eater 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I prefer this raw, uncut way of filming. You are so entertaining and love your description of all the flavors. Keep up the great work! My favorite type of BBQ Sandwich is the Lexington (NC) style chopped BBQ sandwich with BBQ slaw like they serve at Speedy's BBQ in Lexington, NC - the BBQ Capital!!!
