@uppg34; Thanks, It doesn't look like the way I remember him. I saw the Fragile tour and Bruford was on that tour. I saw the CTTE tour but Alan White was on drums for those shows. It later became Yessongs. I aslo saw UK with Eddie Jobson and Bruford. Jobson's transparent synthesized violin was something to remember. Bruford looked allot different to me then.
@uppg34; I wish I could remember them better. Don't get me wrong, I have a good memory and have my wits about me. Yet when you were 11 or 12 you rememeber things different. I rememeber it was great and we were cool for going. When others were listening to pop we were into progressive rock, zep etc; I wish I saw Zep, had tickets twice but 2 tragedies occurred. At JFK I had tickets but sold them. Phil collins played in Wembley then flew to Philly for the Zep portion of the Live Aids.
I've been a major fan for yearsand seen them once with Gabes 1 ( I was very young at the Tower Theatre in Upper Darby), 8 times with Gabes, Gabes 12 times, Hackett once. Can anyone tell me who that is at the 3:11 mark and again at the 3:20 mark in the video/ Collins went right in at vocals and I thought Chester went right in on the drums. I must be missing someone before Thompson. I'd appreciate the help.
Beautiful clip, beautiful!!!!
one of the best mixes i've seen on you tube great job!!!
Good! I love Genesis!
Thank you. I exactly tried to make something nostalgic.
@JTLfive He is Bill Bruford...he played with Genesis only for the ATOTT tour in 1976. From 1977 it was Thompson on drums.
grandi GENESIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
genial!!!!
bravi grandi

@JTLfive You're very lucky! I wish I could have seen the show you saw ! :)

I confirm: one tone under the original (with Peter Gabriel)of 1973.
I said 30 years ago because I ment Phil's voice in Second's Out.
Mine too, ;-))
Yes, Daryl is playing guitar.
It's one tone under the original. So they played it in TIOA Tour 2007. Phil's voice isn't anymore the same as 30 years ago...
In my dreams I imagine Phill singing with Peter on this song :/

The original recording? He sang back up but Peter was the lead.
1:35 He is some sort of cultural psychic? I guess Magical Mystery Tour did this too, but this is a lot more blunt than that.

???????
the intro sounds like it inspired the start of tom sawyer by rush, just a bit!
Richard hammond was right
“AHH! I HATE THAT BIT!! ITS THAT BIT!!!!”
A good effort, but its just not the same as the original. Maybe one day we'll get a full reunion. My wallet is ready.
I can't listen to this. It's in the wrong key. A whole step down.
