End the suspense. Please tell us if it was effective. Methodology, metrics etc. Might be worthwhile introducing stratiolaeleps s. in an ecofloor of a top bar hive. When the bees groom, or are forced to with a dusting of powdered sugar, varroa d. would fall to the floor litter to be eaten by stratiolaeleps and away from the bees.

Unfortunately I was not part of the final analyses of this research. Scientifically proving that such method works is very complicated because of all the bee hive dynamics and differences between hives. I think that our research has not been able to prove effectiveness because of this complexity, but maybe other research have had good results in the meantime?
