LA has alot of opportunities some what. But it's not worth moving. Especially since over 300+ people leave LA everyday. It's expensive,There's Wildfires,Diesease,Crime, homelessness. It may have natural beauty but it's not worth suffering everyday in that city

Yup, I do the same thing. Throw mad shit out that’s cheap to replace and clean up real good. My mom is my helper to clean my apartments when I move. She’s the best and fastest cleaner I know. I learned from the best. I also have an uncle who is a super for apartment buildings and does renovations. He helps with patch work and moving my stuff out. My family is the best! They help make sure I get my security money back!
