i set my hot water schedule to heat the water in a morning but still heats up when not sceduled ie when water is drawn in evening the imersion heater fills and reheats? (can see this happening on the smart meter if i actually switch imersion off via fuse box it readings drop turn back on reading go up?)
Well. I just got one of there. Have discovered one rather inconvenient feature/limitation. It appears that Home and Away/Asleep temperatures must have at least 1⁰C difference. You can not have Home 21.5⁰C and Away or Asleep 21⁰C. However, you can make that difference smaller in Override mode. As an engineer I would love to know the reason behind it. We are humans and we are different, however humans ... when in doors live in a consistent temperature within very small margins.
Does the frost protection option, disable the hot water schedule as well ? I like to know so I can just press this button when I go on holiday without having to worry I am heating the water twice a day ?

I try to change temperature on tpone-b and after few seconds it goes to zero degrees. However heating still works even at zero. I’ve reset it and changed batteries. Any suggestions
One downstairs works perfect. The one in the master bedroom bleeps and is on and saying heating is on but the radiators are always stone cold. Not sure what to do

I set the heating periods. The time and the date. The temperatures for the different heating periods and the temperatures for night and away. For some reason, the heating periods are ignored. The icon displayed don't match the periods. At night the at home icon is shown and in the mornings (at home time) the night icon is shown

I have a question. I have scheduled the heating to come on 2 hrs morning and 4 hours evening. I have also set the home comfort temperature threshold. Is it advisable to leave it on home mode seeing as i have already set two home periods for the heating to come on. I am assuming that if the temperature drops below the comfort temperature, the heating will not come on if this happens outside the times I have set? I ask because the heater does not automatically go from home mode to away mode, or night mode.
How do you get the thermostat to turn off heating all together? I've tried everything and yet my upstairs radiators remain on all the time (they're not set by a dial on the bottom, they're purely linked to the thermostat) - I want to only turn these on when we manually hit the 'home' comfort mode. I've tried changing the heating schedule to just 1 hour in the morning, changing it to manual instead of scheduled, dropping the temperatures as low as theyd go (5, 8 etc.) and also just pressing the Standby button does nothing (the heat still shows as a constant 22.5 degrees or so)

Think this is when the set temperature is not met after a few hours after the thermostat calling for heat. Normally if the boiler flow temperature is too low, radiators flow or TRV (shouldn't be installed in the same room as thermostat) set right back, or if you have weather compensation, the profile is set too low for the temperature you want to achieve

There is no communication between our TP9000 and TPOne products, so there is no possibility of the main thermostat(TP9000) overriding any room thermostat(TPone) settings. TP9000 and TPOne should work individually by the user on each thermostat. Hello, my thermostat battery recently needed replacing however once I put new batteries in, a frost warning was displayed despite it being 20 degrees. I cannot clear the warning message as the thermostat is reading 0 degrees. What would you advise? When I reconnect it to the wall plate it turns the heating on to raise the house temperature (which is incorrect). Is there a sensor error? If so, how do I fix this? I’ve tried resetting it with no joy. Thanks

Hi. The Heating Mode will change the TPOne from a thermostat with full user set heating schedule to a manually set temperature only thermostat. In schedule mode the thermostat will follow the user set heating schedule. In manual mode the user set schedule will be ignored, the required comfort mode is then chosen manually. Default setting: Scheduled
You shouldn’t set them to zero, set them to the little asterisk * which is frost protect mode. That will still allow a trickle through to prevent the water in the radiator freezing and subsequently breaking the radiator. To be honest, set rooms you don’t want to heat to *, infrequently accessed rooms to 1 and rooms you spend most of your time in to 3. That’s a very efficient way of doing it.

The 3 digit passcode can be chosen and set by the installer and once set will be required to make any installer setting changes. That frustrated me too 😄, as I've notices, when you set the temperature and press okay, it should start heating, however the lower temperature displayed, is the current temperature of the house and should increase once the radiators start heating.
Long story short. This device doesn’t work the way it should, and second, it is just complicated for no good reason. Like why thermostat needs so many options ?
Few people asked question and you said : I will ask an expert and I come back to you . And you never come back to them with an answer . Like I want hot water all day and eating on and off only when I want . There is no answer
I would stay away from there as they do not work as they should do I have set mine up according to this video and my radiators are constantly on 24/7 costing me money

@@moeali5578 found out it means not enough heat circling the house. Turn on for all rooms for 1 hour or bleed the radiator for better heat.
@@15heartz radiators have been bleeded theyre stay hot but still says low heat
Mine are getting replaced a.s.a.p. Compared to Hive these are not user friendly at all
How to change time?
Setting the date and time is possible by going into the user menu, pressing the menu button, scrolling down to the user setting, and pressing the ok button. You will find two different options to set date and set time.

I press the home one, which shows 24 degrees, but then it defaults back to 17.5 extremely annoying, gonna rip the thing off the wall at this rate.
That frustrated me too 😄, as I've notices, when you set the temperature and press okay, it should start heating, however the lower temperature displayed, is the current temperature of the house and should increase once the radiators start heating.

Hi. I set the temperature a couple of days ago in the menu on every icon, and now it does not let me change that up or down on the temperature menu. Secondly, the temp. is setting up to 18 degrees, and it doesn't start to heat when the temp drops down to 17 degrees. Please help me. Thank you
