@@mariafrapolli7890 I'm a retired pediatrician. If she responds well to the oral medication, she can grow up with no scars on her face. Her skin still looks relatively healthy, not too dry. Topical medication can be used later if the oral antibiotic doesn't work well. In my experience, the vast majority of patients respond well to the oral meds.
The needle does not have to go that far in. All you have to do is just barely put the sharp point in with absolutely no pressure or going deep. You're just causing more trauma to the skin.

Just start. A 10 minutes video only and then 1 minute nothing. In former times you started immediately and had 30 minutes or more.
