I guess the end of webinar question regarding Trouble Codes related to EV charging and Meter/EVSE faults may be related to Diagnostic Trouble Ccdes (DTCs), which is defined by the ODB-II protocol/standard (ISO 9141-2, if I'm not mistaken), and is not relevant to the SECC-EVCC interface as defined by ISO 15118
