Sir please check Q30 :answer is wrong .Default Apexclass Sharing :Is "with sharing" As apex class runs in system context mode(Sys Admin Mode ) ,so all records will be shown to all users in View of System Admin perspective, so it has to be controlled ,that's why default sharing for Apex class is " With Sharing ".Google also says same .
Unfortunately google is wrong. Just so you are clear. By default Apex run without sharing when it is called form the visualforce or lwc and anywhere else etc. And only if you call that class from anonymous block then apex class runs with sharing. developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.apexcode.meta/apexcode/apex_classes_keywords_sharing.htm?q=with+sharing Check the First line in the Best practice in the link given, it has clearly mentioned. Best Practices Apex without an explicit sharing declaration is insecure by default. We strongly recommend that you always specify a sharing declaration for a class.

I think the with and without sharing are specifically to control the record level access ONLY, that too in SOQL queries.
