To rectify long running jobs can we go with queueable class ?
Not an ideal way and queueable apex has its own limitation in terms of number of jobs which can run. Ideally we need to break the transaction via Platform events and change data capture , but we can also use future method in few cases.

@@samuelmeghnathan8072 just be confident and upskill yourself. Focus on being thorough with Apex, LWC, flow and admin part. Keep applying on portals like linkedin and Naukri. Make a good resume so that you get calls. All the best.
