THIS game is what i wanted from Ubisoft in an Assassins Creed game for a while now. I mean an Assassins Creed with Samurai and Ninja's, how does that not sound like a perfect fit? But they are still not doing it, i am sure they will at some point. But Sucker Punch is first. Like you i also loved their Infamous games. Not Infamous 2 because i havent played that, but Second Son and First Light. 2 super fun and beautiful games, and looking at this i am SO HYPED for this! It looks incredible! I love the historical realistic side to it. Ofcourse its an open world as well. How can you not be at least interested in this project? I'm gonna keep a close eye to this. Can't wait to hear more and play it!
i mean from the look of it it sounds like thats wat ubisoft is gonna do but only when ac is in a dire state so their basically just saving it for a rainy day

It makes totally sense to me, and I'm surprised Ubisoft hasn't done it yet. If they do, make it take place just right before the Meiji Restoration. If you've ever seen Ruroni Kenshin, you'd know what I'm talking about. Makes total sense.

The way I interpreted it was similar to Vikings (History TV Show) where the idea is everyone is speaking one language, but it's translated to english in the game so we don't have to read subtitles.

It would be awesome if they gave the player the option to listen to the voices in Japanese with subtitles.
Pretty sure they will have more than one language for this game not sure if they are gonna give you the option for english subtitles over Japanese voice, but it would feel more authentic.

The fact that you mentioned Sly Cooper in passing like nobody cared nor knows about it pisses me off. This new game has more in common with Sly Cooper than InFamous. Also Second Son and First Light were both better than InFamous 2, sorry that’s just a fact. You’re just being nostalgic for 2009

Omg Jaby you should play Nioh on Ps4 it's also set in Feudal Japan. After playing Nioh i am so ready to play Ghost of Tsushima. I miss the days when Asian setting was popular in the gaming industry. I think it's coming back. Oh yeah the Yakuza series is made by a Japanese company. An American videogame set in Feudal Japan during the Mongol Invasion that no Japanese dev has touched on yet i am all in.

They're taking a break from that franchise...Infamous 4 will likely be produced for a next gen platform. (PS5)
For sure...(It's not like they have a choice anyway, Infamous is published by Sony Computer Entertainment ..And they exclusively work for Sony....It's a big franchise for the playstation console)...I'm actually surprised they haven't done a different IP earlier..(Kinda like Naughty Dog with Last Of Us)...

Yes it wouldn't surprise me at all...And frankly (even though i love their Infamous Franchise) it's about time they try something new..Anyway, Ghost of Tsushima looks visually stunning. + it's an open world in medieval Japan...I'm keeping an eye on this one and we'll hopefully soon get to see some gameplay.
