    If your hair is longer, you can put the rubber band first, then pull the braiding hair with a crotchet hook, divide your onw hair into two then twist. I find that this to be way faster. Tfs

    So glad you did this, now I can do my twist. Question: How do I blend my curly hair with this hair? Should I just straighten my hair because gels don't work but make it more curly & hard to blend.

    • @runomonroe7462
      @runomonroe7462 6 років тому +4

      Michelle Gomez I would suggest you blow dry your hair with a blowdryer before installment. Hope that helped.

    • @e.diamond4080
      @e.diamond4080 6 років тому +4

      What I don't like about straightening before twisting or braiding is when you get your hair wet or wash it it curls up and the curls start to stick out and frizz a little..

    • @shereviews8999
      @shereviews8999 6 років тому +4

      E. Diamond you could also just wash your hair and moisturize the night before stretch it by using rubber bands or clips or thread ect. And allow it to air dry if you don't want heat and you have the time

    • @michellegomez5429
      @michellegomez5429 6 років тому +11

      MzJazzy02 To be honest it's all about how the person handles their own hair. I did this for jumbo box braids(because a girl couldn't grip for nothing at the time) but I moisturize the rubber band & my hair was fine. When I went to take the braids down 3 weeks later the bands slipped out/unwind without any problems.. So no
