@@TroutandCoffee My entire life I have wanted a dog that I could have a friendship with like you & Hudson do. Come close a couple of times, but not quite got there. The wife & I had a Cattle Dog / Border Collie Mix named Nekoda. He was a great Dog, and he once literally saved my life! I'm a type II Diabetic. I had NO idea how "in tune" with me Nekoda was until one morning I was sitting in the Living room, and he started constantly pushing under my Right Hand with his nose. I thought he wanted to go out, so I got up to take him. The instant I stood up, I got Dizzy, a cold sweat, and dropped to the floor like a rock.I kew immediately my Blood Sugar had fallen too low, and NEKODA ALERTED TO THIS. I got a tablespoon of White Sugar in me, and in a few minutes was fine. Just after I ingested the Sugar I took my Glucose reading-it was all the way down to 58!!! Its a MIRACLE I stayed conscious long enough to react to it! Over the next four years, Nekoda did this three more time-each time he did, my Sugar had dropped into the mid-60's. I owe Nekoda my life.
Nekoda passed away at 14. We then got a Red Cattledog I named Isaac. Isaac bonded to me immediately, far more than he did to my wife. Isaac was, by his choosing, MY Dog. Sadly, he had a Dog Agression issue we could not manage. It broke my Heart the day I had to give him up! Because my wife is the $-H Classy K-9 Director for our County, we had the "Pull" to keep him alive at the local Shelter. He was ultimately adopted by a Professional Cattledog Trainer near Portland Oregon. Isaac is alive and well, and very happy. I ONLY HAD HIM SIX WEEKS, BUT THAT WAS LONG ENOUGH FOR MY HEART TO GET COMPLETELY ATTACHED TO HIM. He could not be in BETTER hands. But GOD, I MISS HIM SO MUCH!!!!!

My mom raped me as a child and has tried to get me to commit suicide ever since =) i am 40 now and she still tries. Not every mom is like yours. I was better off without both parents honestly, my dad was even worse

When I see those rolling hills, it brings back my childhood exploring the rolling hills of Upstate, N.Y. Don't ever stop doing what you are doing, "you damn good kid, lol." I had forgotten what it felt like to be alone in a cabin in the woods.
A rustic cabin built by my grandfather, my father and me. Nestled in a dense forest at the foothills of the mountains in eastern PA. The smell of the campfire, the breeze through the trees and the ice cold water rushing down the mountain stream where my father taught me how to fly fish for trout.
I left that life for the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. What I wouldn’t give to go back there and have one more day. You are truly the luckiest man. How I envy you. Grab tight and hold on to what you have and never, ever let go. It’s worth more than all the riches in the world.

My dad loved fishing. He loved it so much when my mom was in labor with my sister, he dropped her off at my grandparents so he could go fishing. My Grandpa yanked him back in the house and told him he wasn’t going anywhere. His retirement dream was to head to Montana and fish every day. He died suddenly at 53. Never put off your dreams. Time will rob you of them somehow.
Im 53 now. I think im gonna take off from work tomorrow, and go fishing.

I live on the West Coast, but am always drawn to the NE. I did a solo cross country road trip in 2016 for a couple months. That was my favorite area and it’s calling me back. A cabin or a ranch with horses is my goal. Just happened on your channel; I love when YT algorithm gets it right. New sub 👍
