This song came across my algorithm about a week after the comeback it was a music show performance and to be honest the Music Shows performances are way better than the video, the video is terrible, I actually really like the song I added it to my playlist. If you see the Music Show Performances you can see how hard they are working they are really trying to show their talent and I admire and respect that, I think they know the situation they are in and they need to show what they have for their future.
They promoted this song on music shows before the MV came out and I was actually really impressed, particularly by Seungmin in his chorus center parts, he clearly loves the concept and it suits him super well. This music video is so rapidly cut and doesn't focus well on members when they have smaller parts. So I would really recommend music show performances to get the full sense of the choreo!
Oh, those poor fantasy boys. On a more positive note, I'm glad that Zhang Hao has adopted LingQi into the C-Line (also I think streets said that they knew each other or trained together as Ling Qi is ex-Yue Hua?) and Matthew+the Canada Line has adopted Kaedan as their maknae, so the jebis and tbz are looking out for these kids at the very least
Honestly I only watched the official MV once but all the live stages for music shows are so much better than this video the latest Show! Music Core stage 🤌🤌🤌
A fun warning, when watching the tittle, watch the MV of their channel, because 1theK Mv has a different recording. Hikari has a bigger part in the tittle.
my thoughts before watching this: i saw the performance on a music show and the chorus was catchy. when i watched the mv…i was disappointed by the budget. 😭
I liked this song better than their debut, but have you guys heard "One Shot?" It's the only Fantasy Boys song on my playlist I really like it. Also, still waiting on my justice for Myungjae and Taesun they were ROBBED lol
the track is good, but what happened to the MV? compared to the drone money of last time, this is giving NU.GUUU. but then they also have music show money?
The song sorta reminds me of a kpop, slightly nugu version of Adam Lambert's "Ghost Town'. This doesn't mean it's bad, it's just not as high-quality, as shown by the mixing and y'all already know about the quality of the music video (I don't think they had much budget to work with to begin with but it wasn't too bad). I do think the boys are improving, particularly Gyurae and Wooseok. They are getting slowly better and I think it's amazing to see that improvement. Sungmin, Hikaru, Lingqi, Minseo, Hyeontae, and others are definitely doing great too. All that aside, and to be brutally honest, I still don't understand K-Soul's appeal. I think his facial expressions and singing could improve and Kaedan still needs some improvement but his is more excusable given the fact he's barely 14. I can't say much on Hikari considering he barely breathed in the video. I am still begging Lee Hanbin goes viral, his singing tone and style is too good to be unknown. Even with all the issues the boys have, the company's problems, and whatever is going on with (and god help him) Junwon, I do think they all have potential despite my complaints. This is still my favorite song of theirs. And I think the members have a ton of potential. I also feel like Wooseok is gonna pop off or go viral sometime soon, I feel it in my spidey senses.
glad ksoul is getting more of a starring role in this song. as much as i have qualms with him its does feel like this is the concept he feels most comfortable in (also means less parts for the maknae line which is fine by me they're too young for this concept there i said it)
Tq for ur reaction for potential songs of my fantasy boys, agree with you Hikari part so little here. I suggest ur take a look at get it on 1the K version bcoz each of them got most line in that song and that version photoshot how beauty and handsome of our 11 prince ❤❤❤
I think Seungmin is so talented but his stage charisma just isn't there. That's why you're never like, Seungmin is the star of this video. He is in the center the most, working his ass off, and doing well, but the other members with stage presence draw the attention.
The MV should have a flash warning. I couldn't see the dancing because it was flashing so bad. I agree, this is a low budget, but looking at the sales figures they are not exactly swimming in cash... While the first release did OK their second is not doing too hot. 1st week sales for Potential were 14,358 copies sold (Hanteo) so we can't compare it to Melting Point with over 2.13 mil copies.
I didn't realize the title track is called Potential. I thought we were potentially getting a fantasy boy's MV reaction LOL
I was the same 😭😅

Agreed them all in black in their Inkigayo(?) stage was insane🔥

I forgot fantasy boys even happened

this song is so good
This is the first I heard the song and I surprisingly like it!
I wasn't expecting to like this ... but it actually kind of slaps, in like a Nu'est kind of way
We're here, we're queer, girlies!! So many boy group debuts and comebacks omg. Better support! ❤
Honestly I only watched the official MV once but all the live stages for music shows are so much better than this video the latest Show! Music Core stage 🤌🤌🤌
I love this song! it's been on repeat

This song is suprisingly good! Also agree with everyone that the music shows performances are much better than the video.
I am an Arab bandy and I really loved your reaction
the mv was filmed on the CHEAP insert gia gun reference here: "is there no budget this time?"

Chad about to die, so Pocketdol probably wanted him to be happy
i ugly laughed at this lol@@whattypeofx7750
It sounds like the sample is from that troublemaker song
I actually really like this song and then I remember there's children doing this concept

The "Potential" original demol was written in English which I think was the superior version.

I really enjoy the song, I'm just a bit weirded out by how sensual this performance is for a group with three children in it
I hope you guys do a breakdown of the cityboy logs (the bl in blog form)
YES! LINGQI is the Moment since the Two Rank 1 didn't debut.

Ummmmmm hikaru why are u looking for hikari he isn't close to being the center.....if u aren't buying the album then that's ur business
