- Hey! I recently went to the salon and got a fresh cut so my hair is shorter than I normally have it. I will be coloring my hair with semi-permanent hair dye, molding and styling my hair with a half inch flat iron. I hope you enjoy my video!

+AMARIs Bella thank God for You tube tutorials. I spent to many hours and too much money at poorly serviced black salons who had no respect for my time! I watched videos, bought clippers and supplies and I almost cried when I realized how easy it was. All those hours and money in salons with un professional stylist! I have not looked back and it's been five years! Black salons need to do better! Instead of relaxing experience as any sister it was more traumatizing!
Blue Sky Sorry you had that experience.. Many black salons aren't professional.. BUT MANY ARE.. Just depends on where you go\live.. It shouldn't matter no matter where you go or live..
I've always worked in multi-cultural salons. Besides doing black hair... I also specialize in Caucasian
on black hair & barbering.. I'm extremely professional and I refuse to work at a salons with a bad scenery and low grade stylist (those damn attitudes gotta go lol).. I feel you..
Just know we are not all like that.. I know it's hard to believe but it's true 😊.

Devin Adigun you can air dry it. I do mine like this then tie it up and go to sleep. Style the next morning.
Yes actually your hair can come out to be more shiny if it is air dried..and it cuts down on heat damage
