This design is literally what the BRZ needs. Has the shape of the 2017 BRZ headlights and a bigger version of the Vland turning signals for the BRZ. This is going to be my inspiration for a custom headlight piece

Just a heads up for the add a fuse. The pink one that is supplied burnt out in less than a day. I had to take the supplied 10 and put the on the bottome of the add a fuse and then take the original 15 and put that on top. This resolved the issue. It doesnt look like the video shows that.
The 2017 brz needs some subi speed headlight options! Love the look of the v2

MrJarn0ld if you have your headlights set to off are the drls supposed to be on like the stock headlights or no? Also I flip my high beams on an nothing happened you can hear the fuse box clicking over to high but the light output is the same. Everything else works fine
_k00t The DRL‘s are designed to stay on while driving until you pull the break up and the clicking is a reflector rotating in the projector light to adjust the beam
Damn... Where did I go wrong? My "DRLs" don't come on till I switch to my parking lights. I followed the subie speed video too... My high beams don't come on.... wtf

MrJarn0ld yeah I pulled out the stock fuse the blue 15 to plug in the add a fuse... Unless you're supposed to keep it in...? Some how

Question. By connecting the blue wire to the fuze box, would this void or affect the subaru warranty?

Just I talked these on my 2015 STI. Put the fuse where suggested, DRLs do not work.
How do the high beams work? Also how do those compare to stock high beams? The area I live in has a lot of driving through woods so I use them often.

Quick question about going from halogen to LED, do these have an included ballast resistor for the LEDs?
No, but you're gonna have to probably change the chip to a "diode dynamics" flasher. It will remove the issue you might run into. (The turn signals flashing faster)

I have a 21 wrx sti limited, truing to figure out on how to install this. In the video around 3:30, I couldn’t find the oem harness from my car that goes to the pass through. Do I have to buy that seperately?
My passenger side drl looks like it’s going out any way of fixing it ?
Is it possible to disable the 2015 OEM turn signal/hazard and just use the C-light as a turn signal/hazard with this headlight by not installing the yellow pass through wire to the OEM turn signal bulb connector? Thanks in advance!

Are you guys ever going to make the jdm fog light bezels for the 2018 wrx/sti? Oem one is way too expensive and overpriced.

I'm curious, aside from the visual upgrades with the v2. What else is different? Were there any other enhancements?
I like the redline inlay so hopefully it stays when you have a non special edition versions that don't have a tinted lens.

Please make some turn signal deletes, but that keep the fog lights!! In gloss black, just the hole for the fog light, for people that want to delete the oem turn signal, but still have fog lights!!

Stock LED headlights are $839.96 each list price OEM. Subiespeed is a deal.
There is a 1 year warranty, however, like most other warranties they would not cover damage due to an accident.
That's a dumb question.... Warranties cover defects, not user error.

But what happens if you already have the JDM-style bezel DRL’s plugged into the high beam fuse? I want to keep those DRL’s to compliment these headlights.
Just replace it with the headlight added fuse n tape the one u took out n tug it away

Yes they will, but you need to make sure you ordered the 18+ version.

I like the look of these headlights but would like to keep my indicator down in my fog light bezel, is this possible? Or would the indicator have to be in the headlight 😕
If you purchase the DRL version without the turn signal you will retain your stock turns

at 6:00, did the c-lights and vertical lights do a fade in going from turn signal to normal DRL?

This might sound dumb, but aren't all the 2018's equipped with halogen stock? Unless you ordered it with LED..?
No, the Limited WRX has the LEDs and all 2018 STIs have the LEDs

Kevin M so they are coming late summer? They should sell a combo pack front and rear sets together for a deal.
darkdancerman That I do not know for sure. All I know is they said the v2 headlights werent suppose to be released until summer. But, here they are in April! So if thats any indication, maybe the v2 tails will come early as well
Installed them but the passenger side light is pointing higher than the other ….it’s blinding people how do I make it go down
I just got mine myself and I haven't installed them yet but I read that there's an adjustment screw just don't turn it more than three times in either direction or else I guess it will break the adjustment system somehow
@@Xscrap0042X dunno where you read that. I def had to turn mine more than three times on both sides cause they came pointing sideways lol but all you need is a long screw driver to reach all of them. Took me sometime but mine are now at the perfect angle and heights. And yes I def went more then 3 turns
Anybody have a issue with the turn signal blinking really fast now after install?
You need a hyperlink module
I installed a hyperblink module.. now my left signal is blinking normally but my right side is still hyperblinking! Please help, I tried everything I could think of

@@danialhakim6889 that's not how it works you can only install one it's by the fuse box inside the car
@@5UP3RB4GG13 I just installed these and am having the same issue. Left signal is hyperblinking, and the right works fine. I have the hyperblink module installed that was provided with the headlights. Did you ever find a solution?

If you have halogen headlights, yes.
Daytime leds aren’t working and neither are the sequential turn signals. This video is honestly not thorough at all and to me, it’s not a “simple plug and play”
