I can confirm it. I got it when it was for free and I preffer to play it than this crap. At least CR don't try that hard and is not afraid of being caricature of royal games. Fear of Puppies is just crappy... And I know that its beta... But it's 2018 you can create good looking game from free assets in less than 4 months...

Battle royale was a mistake, not because it's a bad genre but because it spawned such a seemingless unending torrential downpour of shit like this
So did modern cover shooters and survival crafting minecraft clones. Although this sh*tgame wave is quite huge
Lukas B oh god, cover shooters, the only good ones are the ones that don't have cover shooting as the selling point, see Uncharted or Spec Ops: The Line
At least out of that crafting survival dark age we got some fun ones like Rust, Terraria and Starbound if you're into those sort of things
And the Slender/FNAF clones that we still got up to this day, don't forget about those!

Where only thing that it have to offer is... It was made by few guys that made stalker and failed to even finish their previous game that is one bottom of ocean. Today we can create good looking and playable game from free or cheap assets in half year.... Just because it's beta dont mean anything.
