- I am opening two hobby boxes of 2023/24 Panini Donruss Basketball for our next collectible sports trading card pack unboxing/product review! These boxes have an SRP of $175, but resell in the $300 range. Every box contains 10 30-card packs (10 box cases). Expect 1 autograph and 60 inserts/parallels per box. These boxes come with chances at pulling some of the first Victor Wembanyama NBA rookie cards, the first Rated Rookie cards of the top rookies from the 2023 NBA Draft class in their NBA jerseys, 1/1 Black Laser parallels, ultra-rare SSP case-hit inserts (Animation, Night Moves), on-card "Next Day" autos from the NBA rookie photoshoot, various inserts (Net Marvels, Crunch Time, Unleashed, Hardwood Masters), various SP parallels (Gold, Silver, Die-Cut, Red, Blue), unsigned "No Autograph" Next Day inserts of the rookies signed with Fanatics, autos of the NBA's top rookies/stars/legends from multiple sets (Dominators, RR), rookies of Scoot Henderson, Brandon Miller, Ausar Thompson, Jaime Jaquez Jr., & Amen Thompson, and more! You can get a box for yourself from your local sports card hobby shops and online retailers/sellers. Overall, I would rate this product a 5.5/10. Good luck if you try one for yourself!

Honestly the next day no autograph would be kind of cool to have if Wemby ends up living up to the hype. Would be a cool conversation card about this period in the hobby.

I have built a 35,000 card collection, 95% obtained in the last 3 months, I’ve taught myself how to sell cards on eBay, and I’ve taught my 11 year old and 9 year old to sell on eBay too. Largely inspired by your content. Truly ty!

@@tigerchan6450 yes! If you don’t sell on eBay, teach yourself how and build up store reputation by selling a lot of low value cards and including freebies. That way you’re ready for the moment you have more than just a lot of base.
And I built most of my collection by buying huge collections for sale for a few hundred dollars each in my local area from people who just don’t want to deal with low dollar items. The value is there. And going through them helps me learn the players that sell.
Panini has really just given up. It’s pathetic.

Isiah Wong was the Star PG for The University Miami. Also, with Panini losing top rookie autos, how are they still decreasing hits and increasing prices at the same time. I can understand increasing the price if you have all the rookies but not if you don't have the top 3 or 4 guys.

Thanks for the 2 box reviews really help with deciding what to buy. I miss the 2 hits per box only one is brutal with all the duplicates and base cards I’ll probably just buy singles of rated rookies I want instead appreciate the vids as always cheers

The Price Point for the product and what you get is a little high for my blood, but I'm very excited about those Donruss Megaboxes they are pre-selling at Dicks Sporting for $50, especially if they are bangers like NFL Mega was.
I love the Crunchtime insert with food facts about players, it's cool to learn food facts about your favorite peeps. What would one of yours be if you had your own Crunch-time card? Mine would include, "Orders soup with every order, even in Summer", "Favorite Buffalo Wild Wings Order is Hot Wings with Spicy Garlic as a dipper" and "Can't enter any convenience store, without leaving without some kind of chewy fruity candy." This is a really fun subset and I can't believe Donruss got Kawhii to open up like that, lol.

I noticed that we see the design first in the donruss baseball releases cause it always releases first and baseball, basketball, and football donruss base is always the same design so we actually seen the design a long time ago packman

Love the content packman. I have a question, how do you know when to grade a card and what brand would you go through I’ve heard PSA is the best
Google it, theres a ton of information especially on blowout or reddit... But are you selling it? whats it worth? whats a 8, 9 , 10 worth? PSA is probably one of the worst, but the best if youre just doing it to resell. SGC, TAG are better if youre doing it for your collection. And even then I dont get why anyone would grade a pc card unless its an expensive vintage prone to counterfeiting
I literally was talking with my LCS just days ago about how I thought Panini should include Wemby in the next day auto set but use a facsimile auto instead. And put the word “facsimile” next to it. My exact words were “it’d be better than not having him in the set at all….”
Then I began to wonder if Panini is even allowed to use images of a player’s signature who is Fanatics exclusive?? I guess this answers my question.
