As far as I know no one has done this yet. So I collected all the Jelly Baby scenes from Doctor Who I could find. Hopefully I didn't miss any.
Scenes I missed:
The 8th doctor offers a Jelly Baby to a police officer
The 4th Doctor offers a Jelly Baby to a man sitting under a tree that Lela has just assaulted in "Image of the Fendahl"
The 6th Doctor in "The Two Doctors"
The doctor gives a jelly baby to the collector in part 2 of "The Sun Makers"
The scene with Patrick Troughton was not missed, it is at 2:21.
Please tell me about other Jelly Baby references I missed so I can add them as well.

Not quite. They aren't as hard as the sour patch kids or sour. I tried them on a few occasions. They are super soft and require a powdery sugar to keep them from sticking.

I agree......Tom Baker, beyond a doubt, was the most brilliant and unique Doctor the show ever had. Tom actually came up with those lines on his own. Thank God the Producer & Director listened to him. It has now become the most memorable Jelly Baby scene in Doctor Who history.
No it was Patrick Troughton in The Three doctors that offered jelly babies to the Brigadier and Sergeant Benton.

Also notice the explosion sound that occurred afterwards. Part of me jokingly thinks he offered Davros an explosive Jelly Baby to try and kill him.

I've never seen a full episode with Four, but already I love him! I adore how all the doctors, except maybe Ten, maintain that funny, wide-eyed-when-dealing-with-trouble look.

My friend and I had a project in school, we had to act out a scene from a book of our choice. In the ending part, my friend randomly screamed, "Oh, Jellybaby!" and we laughed.
I think this counts as advertising
For who? "Jelly baby" isn't the name of a specific company, it's just a type of sweet. Calling this advertising is like saying the TARDIS is attempting to sell police boxes.
(May have been mentioned by others already, but I'll note it anyway): The Second Doctor, in "The Three Doctors" first offers a jelly baby while in the Tardis (early on in the story). It's easy to only think of Tom when thinking of jelly babies, but Patrick was actually the first to offer them. ;) EDIT: yeah, it was mentioned when I scrolled down, but it's worth repeating... ;)
I'm sure Tom got cue from Troughton for his weird eccentric behavior, 2nd Doctor tends to be underrated but I like him a lot too...
@@romelmunoz7957 Troughton was very important to make Doctor Who become as big as it did, William Hartnell is the Original yes, but without the Second Doctor working as well as he did, the entire regeneration thing would have ended right there and there would be no following Doctors.

Thanks so much for uploading this! I watched the Tom Baker episodes in the 80's and had no idea that Jelly Babies were a real thing until recently. I mentioned to a Canadian friend of mine that I loved classic Doctor Who and must have said something about Jelly Babies because lo and behold, next time he came back from Canada, he brought me 2 giant bags of them! And yes they are delicious :)

In Doctor Who the movie there was a Jelly Baby scene that you missed. Right before the 8th Doctor and Grace steal the officer's bike, the officer motions to his gun. Grace says, "No wait! He's... British." The 8th Doctor replies, "I suppose I am, Jelly Baby officer?" The officer replies, "Jelly Baby?" Grace then says, "Just... Take it." The officer takes it and eats it. The Doctor then grabs the officer's gun and says, "Now will you stand aside while I shoot myself?" Honestly, one of the best scenes from the movie... A shame it was left out of this list.

I like it when Dr Who steps into the Linear Induction Corridor (Electron Particle Eccelerator) and zooms across the room at what seems like the speed of light.
I wonder if Electron Particle Eccelerators like the one in Pirate Planet will ever exist in the near future.

As someone who lives in the UK, it's really strange reading all these comments from people who live outside of the UK, where they talk about how they've only had jelly babies once or twice in their life because they are so rare, when they are sold in literally every shop in the UK.

Some you missed that I can recall.
The Second Doctor offers one to Lethbridge-Stewart in The Three Doctors and removes a bag of them from his pocket in The Five Doctors.
The Sixth Doctor had a bag of jelly babies in his pocket that was found by 2 guys frisking him. He snatches the bag out of their hands and then offers them each one.
The Seventh Doctor can be seen eating jelly babies in the Tardis before the Master crashes his Tardis on Earth in the Dr Who movie.
The Eighth Doctor has a bag of them in the Dr Who movie and uses them to distract a cop.
Some that aren't in the video because they happened after you posted it.
The Master gleefully eats a jellybaby while enjoying the invasion of Earth he orchestrated by the Toclafane in The Sound of Drums.
The Eleventh Doctor mentions them in The Almost People when his ganger version attempts to stabilize.
The Twelfth Doctor keeps them in a cigarette case and can be seen eating them and offering one of them to a passenger in Mummy on the Orient Express.

What makes me laugh is that in some of these scenes, take The Sun Makers for example, it isn't even jelly babies he's offering the people, it is other sweets
There's actually a comic book crossover between the Eleventh Doctor and Star Trek: The Next Generation where the two universes' histories become merged, and we get a false flashback to the TOS era, where the Fourth Doctor meets Kirk's crew and offers Spock a jelly baby.
Just wanted to throw that out there.
They missed an opportunity during The Eleventh Hour when The newly regenerated Doctor was figuring out his new tastebuds.... I wonder how the sacred jellybaby would go down
