i had a 95 Z28 with the "GM 847" cam and lightly ported stock heads, full exhaust, that ran 12.6 @ 113. full weight too. such an underappreciated motor

Yep, BS. Crank HP -28% = rear wheel hp.
Not a 350 lt1 na car will make 626 crank hp with a heads and cam.

But i will throw you liars a bone. The gen4 lt1 z28s are rear wheel hp dyno'ing 239 at thr rear wheels. Does that mean they all come from the factory with the corvette tune and mark down the quoted hp ?

Just subbed, picked up a ridiculously cheap 95 Z28, with 100k after maintenance, gonna get in contact for a part list and tune.

Yes, you could probably pick up 10-14 rwhp with just a tune.
So would the 36lb gtp injectors work in a stockish setup with just cai and exhaust? I have some on the shelf. Wondering if I should just put them in now car is 0411 swapped.
Im put all that in a 85 square body Chevy truck with a 12 bolt podsie rareend
Not sure what it would have dynoed, but I went 92mph in the 1/8 on stock lt1 injectors back in the day. Mostly full weight. Cam and mild porting

I have a 1985 LT1 and I was thinking going with voodoo cam but Im not sure what size cam I wanna to do with It and LT1 pistons like 10.01 or 10.11 can you give some kinda ideal it would be best I'm looking im look to make 500 to 900 hours power out of my lT1 this for a show truck with 6.71 super charger maybe not sure yet about the super charger
If I do a super charger I was thinking about running a 650 eleblock carburetor
i thought you had to burn roms for these ecu's...or do they do a obd2 conversion ? my buddy had a lt1 with lt4 top end heads and intake cam..it ran like a sob..the 700r4 had some issues.
@@joemomma8905The 93's required a chip. The 94-95's are OBD1. The 96-97 are OBD2.

My tuner says he needs an adapter for my 93’ camaro to plug it into his computer, do you know what he needs ? Do you have an email? He has hp tuner , its Nix Garage in Klamath Falls , Oregon.
If your tuner thinks he can tune a 93 pcm with hp tuners, find another tuner.
He doesn’t think so , i told him i was gonna ask you , what can he use to tune it ?

Where can good GM injector data be found for the Deka 60’s for the LT1 tables? Seems like there is some HP tuner data out there, but LT injector tables are different. Hp tuners references vacuum in their voltage offset tables. Any answers?
