    these two Korean Mulberries are purple when ripen.
    Dwarf big growth habit comparing to other black mulberries.
    These are not tasty when not fully ripen unlike black mulberries which are edible in the red stage. They have large leaves. However, the growth habits sets them apart. The Korean Purple has contorting trunk, not like typical contorted mulberries which are very contorted from the trunk all the way to the branches. Giving this tree a dwarfing shape. So they are quite similar, but not the same. If you are in Korea, I love to know what varieties you are growing. And, the translated name to English if you could. Since in the US we have primary only Kokuso variety. So if you already have Kokuso you don't need Korean Royal Purple. And, the Kokuso would be easier to find in the US..
