Hi Branislav, the engine will not start with low or no Compression, you should be able to feel the Compression resistance when pulling the cord to start the engine. You have replaced the Piston Rings however if the Cylinder is damaged then this will cause Compression issues. Are you able to feel a juddering resistance and not just a straight forward pull when cranking ? Your Ignition sounds ok but then there is the Fuel, could be an issue with the Carburettor ? Try pouring a small cap full of fuel into the engine via the Carburettor with the machine on its side by removing the Air Filter (open the throttle) then make sure the switch is off, pull the Cord slowly once so the Fuel go into the Engine. Place the unit upright, switch on and try starting the machine.

Hi Bisiklete, that is precisely what happened here. The machine was used with Unleaded fuel only, no Two-Stroke Oil was added to the fuel, the machine died after a while and was able to crank easily but could not start as there was no compression. Regards.
Hi Reginald, not sure that I fully understand your question however, if there is too much oil in the Fuel mixture, then you cannot get an ignition to start the engine. So the Fuel system will have to be drained off. And if the Pull Cord does not crank the engine over, then there is probably an issue with its Ratchet mechanism engaging, Regards 😎.
Wonder If you could give me any advice on my strimmer, it looks pretty much identical to this one. I seem to have really high compression to the point it's incredibly hard to pull the starter. With the plug out it spins fine.
Hi DMUSK, A high compression is good however too much will require some Spinach for breakfast! Seriously though, sounds like you have liquid fuel inside of the Cylinder which will make it almost impossible to turn over. Naturally no Spark Plug in place will leave zero compression. Suggest removing the Plug, cranking the engine a few times then let it sit for half hour. Then fit a new or clean Spark Plug. You may want to ensure that you're getting a Spark at the plug also as if not the constantly priming the Carburettor will cause a build up of fuel. Finally a faulty Carburettor may let liquid fuel into the engine instead of a Fuel and Air mixture. Sorry for the long-winded response, Regards 😂.
