- Matt and Gav go on a urban carp river mission visiting 4 different locations. With winds up to 40mph the conditions are not ideal but can they catch a urban london river carp?

Easy now chaps.
That's a strange part of the river ...I have had 11lb bream, 10lb carp, dover soul and the odd unwanted "condom" there
You havent put no vids on for a while mate . Hope everything is ok .
yeah were good just floating around east with gav ! having to much fun to film and share if you understand. bless!
@@londoncityangler4200 Good to hear mate . Glad everythings ok .
Good video though
would b nice if u done a day fishig on the admiralty pier, Dover. Not to far away from London. Leave it till June and get urself a big smoothound. when u get to the second half of the pier u wanna fish anywhere from the second set of stairs on the building to where the building ends. Lug and peeler will do the job. Make sure the water is calm and u will catch em. Mid water-Low is the best for the hounds. Big casts I reckon u will have a few on camera.
Nice one mate might give that a go. Will be doing a deal trip with my dad next month so might get one then.
cool mate no worries. Iv'e fished both, countless times. Personally if I were u I'd go admiralty produces better fish. Less snaggy. Better day out. In my opinion it's one of the best spots in the south east England. I have never had a bad day fishing on that pier just make sure u pick a day that's not windy. A windy day on the Admiralty is a horrible day out. u want 8oz gripper weights. Walk down some time as much as 20/30m cast and bring the rod back to ur spot. this allows ur led to sink to the bottom and grapple on to the sand. always make sure ur rod is tied up. The tide rips and if not careful will go in the water. U will know If u have a nice bass or sank on because of the fact ur line will go slack. Its excellent fishing all states of the tide.
Pukka that bro
