You should try a black and red when you dipping your parts into the paint and before you take the bits out of the pain shake parts back and forwards in the paint buckets under the water that will stop any lumps and bumps on the paint then rinse off Coldwater like you were doing in this video should get a nice Smoove finish

For small or medium parts like clamps or forks get a big Ziploc bags spray oven cleaner and move the part around. It gets all the paint off off the parts and makes it pretty colorless. Then hydro dip it.
