There are many natural colorings, like pea flower which is very blue and pea flower powder is just like that. Red one can be red bean powder which is often eaten in Japan as sweet red bean jam. It’s easy to get them in Japan. It has nice fragrance and flavor also. Japanese people don’t want to touch too much of artificial colorings etc so it is most likely they’re natural colorings made of plants, flower petals and beans etc.

Wow that is the cleanest oil to fry doughnuts I’ve ever seen in a commercial kitchen. Maybe this is for the filming. But still, that’s really awesome. I absolutely hate when the oil in the fryer is brown so oxidized it makes you sick even. But here the oil was new and transparently clear! Awesome. Even for Japanese standard this was pretty high standard. I did not like the baker cut the hot loaf of bread they should know not to do such thing, but I assumed it was for the show. Everything was clean and professional. Awesome.

Alot of people don't believe me but I've been making and donating bread to the homeless for years and I personally find that when I fart on the dough it always comes out so much better and fluffier
This isn’t the US, it takes place in Japan. In America, there are basic bread. Bakeries in the US aren’t as fancy as Japanese bakeries. I’ve lived in the U.S. and Canada as well as UK and a few other countries. And I live in Japan now. Their selections are rather limited in North America. Even in China town, subpar. Too much eggs or something. Not tasty. Nothing like what we have in Japan actually. It is as tasty as it looks. Only thing is it will make you fat if you eat this kind of bread everyday. We only eat these rich bread on the weekend. Not everyday.
