It took me most of the video questioning myself about why I'm laughing by myself at night to this stupid game and I think I found the answer... Trombone just sounds funny, especially out of tune. As someone who did the actual warmup for matching band, with an actual band that first one hurt. I do not play a trombone.

By the at the end, when you "mute" the trombone, it doesn't mean it mutes the sound, it mean it simulates putting a mute in the instrument. A trombone mute alters its sound.

Worked at Verizon for cellphones and cable. Shit was terrible, only time people would get anywhere is if you replace your router (which only works if you're using a Verizon router). plus the tech number apparently is super hard to find unless you work for Verizon.

@@protonjones54 so normally people would call the regular 800 number for Verizon support which just ends in a game of hot potato. We had a direct number to call with a tech who would actually help with whatever issues we had or at least off a solution. So getting anywhere in regards to getting help with customer service
@@JTfromVT I get the feeling that there's 2 elements to that problem... A; the operator isn't always clear on where a customer should be directed, and B; that people give shitty explanations for what they actually need.
@@protonjones54 oh they absolutely give shitty explanations for what they need. Normally they'd come into our store, which was an equipment drop off/pick up location, and try and tell us what was wrong. Then we'd try to help, call tech for them and try to explain whatever it is they need help with. Normally it was the terminal box needing a reset which only Tech can do.
And definitely some phone operators where super helpful and others would pass you off to some random department so they didn't have to talk to you anymore.
