It's great if you like concrete and black kitchens. Great views and nice finishings, but I would never buy on a cliff like that. I've seen too many slide down the hill after a flood or an earthquake.

At the risk of sounding contrary to the overwhelming positive comments I can see so many awkward lines and shapes. Bigger isn’t better and I would have loved to have seen more clever use of space- clerestory window for light on the internal stairwell? It’s still dark and clumsy to me. Sorry give me more of the unique lines and proportions of the 60,s and 70’s.
Is it just me? I can't resist the thought that all those stunning houses with opened layouts are located in the single most dangerous place on earth when it comes to spiders, snakes and beyond. Can you imagine? The number of deadly creatures that just casually enter those gigantic doors? It's haunting to me 😅😅

The only thing that might make these houses anything other than a wealthy flex, is God’s natural beauty surrounding them.
