    It's not only China. Some time ago Chinese vessel made the same thing - had cut off 2 cables between Estonia and Finland - and both of those "accidents" were similar: Captains were Russians and part of the crew were Russians. So nice co-operation between Russia and China to make things even more messy.

      Yes, they do it systematic, it must be some kind of control when those ships passing thru. maybe by coastguards who follow whole time. or before they enter, lock the chain...

    Actually it is not a NATO lake. It IS a NATO sea. NATO can and will easily shut down Russian ships when they remove the Russian air force. Makes Kaliningrad nearly useless. RIP Russia.
