In the heart of our newbuilds lies the world's first two-stroke methanol engine. Developed in collaboration with @MAN energy solutions, the engine towers almost 10 metres high and exerts a monumental 10,320 kW of output - equivalent to 112 family cars. @Andreas Botz, Chief Engineer onboard our first large methanol-enabled vessel, Ane Mærsk, shares his experiences of working with the game-changing engine that helps propel Maersk into a sustainable future.
